Occupation On 31 December 1691 Gottfried Meyhuysen was was pagter van den sleet der brandwijnen, araq en gedistilleerde wateren, or holder of the liquor license.9 
Names in the record, in publications, etc.25 December 1684, the name of Gottfried was written in the record as Godefried Meyhusen.5
7 March 1694, the name of Gottfried was written in the record as Godfrijd Meijhuijsen.10
Gottfried Meyhuysen was also known as Gabriel Meijnhuijsen.11
2 October 1702, the name of Gottfried was written in the record as Godfried Myhuijsen.12

On 15 October 1686 Francis van Cochin was sold by Aletta Uijttenbogaert to Gottfried Meyhuysen, for Rds. 95.14
On 24 September 1692 Sophia van Madagascar was sold by Gottfried Meyhuysen to Didelhof Bibout, for Rds. 100.15
On 28 December 1693 Anna van Madagascar was sold by Will Gutter to Godefried Meyhusen, for Rds. 75.16
On 12 January 1694 Lijsbeth van Madagascar was sold by Will Gutter to Gottfried Meyhuysen, for Rds. 68.17
On 13 January 1696 Sara van Malabar was sold by Dirk Mol to Godfrijd Meijhuijsen, for Rds. 100. I believe the purchaser in this instance to have been not Gabriel but Godfrijd Meuijhuijsen - Corrections welcome.11
