Birth*Christina van Maria van Diana van de Caep was born before 14 July 1725 at Slave Lodge in (Cape Town), although the father is not named in this baptism, subsequent evidence in the record identifies him and his relationship with the child's mother.1

Death*She died on 11 May 1731 (Cape Town), she died in an accident which also involved her father, as is mentioned in a letter from her uncle Johannes Morgh dated 10 Feb 1732 in which he wrote: Het ongeluk UEd:e overgekomen, met het overleijden van UEd:e liefe dochter Christina, hoope dat UEd:e u selve daar in zult getroost hebbe, vermits den wech der aller vleesschen is; en weij huer ook niet moete misgunnen, het geluk en vreugde, die zeij is genietende, namelijk het eeuwige hemel reijck.2,3,4
 
(Child) 1727 LodgeCensus28 February 1727, Maria van Diana van de Caep was enumerated as a Company-owned slave in the census of the Slave Lodge. Her daughters Diana van Maria van Diana van de Caep and Christina van Maria van Diana van de Caep were enumerated in the same census, with Diana being described as halfwassen meijden, an adolescent girl and Christijn as suijgelen meisje, a nursing girl. Christijn was said to be one year, three months old.5
