18 March 1731, the name of Andries was written in the record as Andries Burgers.3
Monsterrollen and Opgaafrollen (Muster and tax rolls)1695 Berndt Burcherdt was enumerated on the opgaafrol (census/tax roll) in, with his wife Marritje van der Merwe. Enumerated with them were two sons, presumably Barent Bùrger and Andries Burcherdt.4
1700 Berndt Burcherdt was enumerated on the opgaafrol (census/tax roll) in De Caep de Goede Hoop, with his wife Marritje van der Merwe. . They were enumerated with four sons, probably these three Barent Bùrger, Andries Burcherdt and Willem Burger. I have not identified the fourth son.5
