Maria Helm b. 29 Nov 1675
Children
Slave TransactionsOn 19 January 1695 Arent van Madagascar was sold by Hendrik Jansz van Campen to Jan Maerschalk, for f 500, Cape valuation.2
On 24 October 1695 Emanuel van Malabar and Domingo van Masulipatnam were were exchanged by Theunis Dircksen van Schalckwyck for Arent van Madagascar who was owned by Jan Maerschalk. Domingo van Masulipatnam was permitted to keep his money. Because he fits the age profile and there seems to be no other candidate, I have assumed Domingo to be the same individual purchased by Van Schalckwijck in 1687 even though on that occasion he was described as from Masulipatnam. Corrections welcome.3
