Joannes Leuwensoon, assistent en as boekhouer op die fluitskip Uijtdam wal tans op vertrek lê na Batavia op om namens hom by sy aankoms te Batavia van Adriaen Bastiaensz Schepers, skipper van die onlangs van hier vertrekte fluit d’Beemster in te vorder en te verhaal die lyfeie Anthoni, ongeveer 20 jaar oud, wat Schepers met sy vertrek van hier van hom as die wettige eienaar ‘violentelijk tegens de wille en weten’ meegeneem en aanboord gebring het; asook vergoeding vir die skade, ontbering en ongerief hom aangedoen.
