Misc* | Between 16 November 1695 and 9 August 1695 following her assault by her putative father, Anthoniij van Angola, Johann Andresen tried to obtain custody of Marta van de Caep from her father (and owner), and finally resorted to the courts. On the latter date, the court ordered that the child be given over to his custody.3 |
