(Witness) DeathHans Beer died between 9 April 1679 and 19 August 1679 Mauritius. The death mysteriously occurred during his interrogation about a conspiracy said to also involve his concubine Iba van Timor and her family, company slaves and exiled convicts to overthrow the colony, massacre it officials and escape.1 
Names in the record, in publications, etc.13 December 1686, the name of Iba was written in the record as Anthonijke van Mauritius.5
4 February 1687, the name of Iba was written in the record as Annique van Timor.6
1695, the name of Iba was written in the record as Antonica Timor.7
Monsterrollen and Opgaafrollen (Muster and tax rolls)Amsoeboe van Timor appeared on the opgaafrol (census/tax roll) of 1692 de Caep de Goede Hoop along with two daughters, likely Anthonijke van Mauritius, Baauw van Timor.8
She and Gerrit Theunisz appeared on the opgaafrol (census/tax roll) of 1697 de Caep de Goede Hoop, enumerated with them was Iba's father, Amsoeboe van Timor under the name of Clasius van Timor.9
Crime and relatedBefore 13 December 1686 Iba van Timor was was brutally assaulted by her employer, Jacob Aartse Brouwer at his home Stellenbosch resulting in a large contusion on her left shoulder and upper arm, and a gaping wound on her right hand exposing the bone of the forefinger up to the wrist.10
