BirthOrigin*Titus was from Bengal and was perhaps born there in 1681/82. He was said to be 18 or 19 years old in 1700.1 
Slave TransactionsOn 6 January 1700 Titus van Bengale was sold by Rutgert Mensinck to Jan Siek, for Rds. 70. I have assumed the purchaser to be Jan Siek, a potter from Bremen. Corrections welcome.2
