Slave Transactions | On 14 March 1699 Dirck van de Kust was sold by Abigael Duclasel to Willem ten Damme and Helena Gulik, on condition that he be set free on the demise of the purchasers. Also that, if they should leave the Cape, provision be made for his keep and clothing.2 |
