On 5 April 1698 Melchior de Vos was the skipper of the Beijeren, a vessel of the return fleet.¹

Slave Transactions

On 5 April 1698 Coridon van Malabar and Aron van Malabar were sold by Melchior de Vos to Willem ten Damme, for Rds. 54 and Rds. 60 respectively.²
On 5 April 1698 Coridon van de Kust Coromandel was sold by Melchior de Vos to Johannes Swellengrebel, for Rds. 60.³
