BirthOrigin*Cupido was from Gorontalo and was perhaps born there circa 1667. He was said to be 30 years old in 1697.1 
Names in the record, in publications, etc.4 January 1698, the name of Cupido was written in the record as Cupido van Amboijna.2
Slave TransactionsOn 27 June 1697 Cupido van Gorontalo was sold by Stephanus Thierrij to Samuel Elsevier, for Rds. 70.3
On 4 January 1698 Cupido van Gorontalo was sold by Samuel Elsevier to Pierre Rousseau, for Rds. 100. I have assumed him to be the same individual sold as Cupido van Gorontalo the previous year.2
