Cupido was from Madagascar and was perhaps born there circa 1682. He was said to be 14 years old in 1696.¹

Slave Transactions

On 9 February 1696 Cupido van Madagascar was sold by Richard Glover to Pieter Robberts, for Rds. 40.²
On 2 March 1696 Cupido van Madagascar was sold by Pieter Robberts to Hans Rutgentroost, for Rds. 74.³
