Adam was from the Malabar Coast and was perhaps born there circa 1686. He was said to be 10 years old in 1696.¹

Slave Transactions

On 19 January 1696 Adam van Malabar, Aran van Malabar, Claas van Malabar and Scipio van Malabar were sold by Christiaen van Alst to Jan Dircks de Beer, respectively for Rds. 70, Rds. 80, Rds. 85 and Rds. 90.²
