Birth*

Lodewijk van der Stel was born in 1667 in Amsterdam.¹

Death*

He died in 1694, died at sea, enroute from the Cape to Batavia, when De Ridderschap went down with all on board.¹

On 26 April 1686 Unnamed and Gender Unspecified Slave van Madagascar was sold by William Deeron to Lodewijk van der Stel, for Rds. 55.²
On 12 April 1689 Anica van Malabar was sold by Rombout van der Parra to Lodewijk van der Stel, for Rds. 53.³
