BirthOrigin*Sara was from Madagascar and was perhaps born there in 1664/65.1 
Marriage De facto* After 29 November 1690 Sara van Madagascar and Anthonij van der Kust Coromandel were in a de facto relationship. I have assumed this relationship began after Sara was sold into the same household as Anthonij. I have also assumed they were the couple who baptised two children in 1703.2
