Saterdag was from Bouton and was perhaps born there in 1659/60.¹

Slave Transactions

On 26 May 1690 Saterdag van Bouton was gifted by Pieter Stippert, to Fredrick Russouw de Wit, for a period of two years. If Stippert did not claim him back within that time, Saterdag was to be emancipated.²
