Property TransactionsIn 1714 following the death of Simon van der Stel, and after Witteboomen reverted to its former separate state, and it was purchased by Jan Gerritz: Stoos.5
In 1716 a portion of Witteboomen was sold by Jan Gerritz: Stoos to Johannes Franke, who names it Frankengift.6
In 1724 Jan Gerritz: Stoos sold the property Witteboomen to Jan Hendrik van Helsdingen, subsequently, it changes hands as follows:

Original U-shaped homestead ravaged by fire & altered / renovated & one wing given 2nd storey & woodwork replaced; house is difficult to date but thickness of walls & what is still visible of original ground floor plan suggest not later than 1824; house probably built by elder Van Helsdingen, possibly even Stoots; present front facade was originally one of side wings.7
