Slave Transactions

On 14 November 1691 Gerrit Janse van Deventer and Michiel Niemand bought a slave, Arent van Madagascar, from Theunis Dircksen van Schalckwyck, for f 400. The amount of f 200 was to be paid on 1.1.1693.¹
