BaptismJohannes du Bondt was baptized on 4 April 1688 Nederduitsch Gereformeerde Kerk, (Cape Town), de Caep de Goede Hoop. The baptism was witnessed by Aletta Bitter and Hr. Vincent Paades. This family and the witnesses to the baptism all seem to have passengers on the return fleet anchored in Table Bay.1
