BirthOrigin*Joannes was from Haerlem and may have been born there circa 1650.1 
Marriage*He married Anna van der Meer on 17 May 1676 Nederduitsch Gereformeerde Kerk, (Cape Town), de Caep de Goede Hoop.1
 
Duplicate?*It is possible that Joannes Rabenbergh and Johannes Ravensbergh are the same individual. However evidence is lacking and deeper research is needed before they can be said to be the same individual. 
Occupation* On 17 March 1676 Joannes Rabenbergh was medicine doctor in dienst van de E. Compagnie.1
