Dina van der Caep1
F, #18364, b. before 5 April 1711
Father* | Tibout van Caap Fero1 b. c 1680 |
Mother* | Eva van Madagascar b. c 1688; I have assumed this to be the correct mother / daughter relationship because the child is baptised among the Christian, ie free children, and that the assumed mother was herself baptised in 1703 - perhaps in anticipation of manumission. It is relevant that this mother is also the presumed mother of Andrina Grimple, daughter of Andries Grimpe who witnesses Dina's baptism. I have not found anyone else who fits the profile to be this child's mother. This relationship is offered with a view toward further discovery in the record.1 |
