Jacob was from Dresden and was perhaps born there circa 1640. Date is estimated.¹

Monsterrollen and Opgaafrollen (Muster and tax rolls)

In 1660 Jacob Pritsel was enumerated in the muster roll, he was recorded among the sick and invalids, as from Dresden in Saxony, cadet.¹
On 1 April 1662 Jacob Pritsel was enumerated in the muster roll, he was recorded as from Dresden, in Saxony, cadet.²
