Christiaen was from Fleckere, (this may be the island of Flekkerøya, Norway), and was perhaps born there circa 1640. Date is estimated.¹

In 1660 Christiaen Christiaensz: was enumerated in the muster roll, he was recorded as from Fleckere, sailor.¹
On 1 March 1661 Christiaen Christiaensz: was enumerated in the muster roll, he was recorded as from Fleckere (?Flekkerøya), sailor.²
