BirthOrigin*Pieter was from Den Rijp and was perhaps born there circa 1630.1 
Vrijbriewen and Burgher StatusOn 26 June 1658, Pieter Heynse was granted a vrijbrief or letter of freedom which released him from his contractual obligations to the VOC and accorded him the status of vrijburgher or free burgher. He was recorded as an arquebusier on the Prins Willem.2
