Hans was from Geneva and was perhaps born there circa 1630.¹

Monsterrollen and Opgaafrollen (Muster and tax rolls)

On 20 January 1658 Hans Isaacq Manget was enumerated in the muster roll, he was recorded as a cadet.²
On 15 February 1658 Jan Claesz: Vetteman was enumerated in the muster roll among the freemen, as a free burgher and surgeon. Enumerated with him was Hans Isaacq Manget, described as 'in his service.³'
