April was from the Coromandel Coast and was perhaps born there circa 1674. He was said to be 24 years old in 1698.¹

Slave Transactions

On 9 May 1698 April van de Kust Coromandel was sold on behalf of Claas Dom by Willem Wiederhold van Wiederhoven to Hendrick Mulder, for Rds. 40.²
