On 12 June 1697 Johannes van Hecht was the chief chirurgyn of the return fleet.¹

25 June 1697, the name of Johannes was written in the record as Jacobus Hercht, I have assumed this be the same individual as Johannes van Hecht, corrections welcome.²

On 12 June 1697 Frans van Tuticorin was sold by Johannes van Hecht to Henningh Hùijsing, for Rds. 80.³
On 25 June 1697 Anthony van Bengale was sold by Johannes van Hecht to Henning Hüsing, for Rds. 55.²
