Alexander was from Tranquebar and was perhaps born there circa 1682. He was said to be 14 years old in 1696.¹

Slave Transactions

On 5 January 1697 Alexander van Tranquebare was sold by Jan Pietersz: van Vleugel to Claes Hendriks Diepenhout, for Rds. 67.²
