He was said to be 28 years old in 1696.1 |
Slave Transactions | On 18 June 1696 Claas van Bengale was sold by Francois van der Stel to Claas Carelse, for Rds. 105. However in Changing Hands, Shell records the purchaser to be Gerrit Vieroot.2,3 |
