Arij was from Catwijk and was perhaps born there circa 1670.^1,2

Marriage*

He married Aeltje Wilhelmse, daughter of Wilhelm Wilhelmse van Deventer and Maria Jansz Visser, circa 1690 Mauritius. I have assumed they married on Mauritius.¹

Death*

He died before 24 April 1711.¹

Inventory*

Arij's estate was inventoried on 24 April 1711. The inventory named Aeltje Wilhelmse as benefitting from the estate.¹
