Isak was from Madagascar and was perhaps born there circa 1672. He was said to be 20 years old in 1692.¹

On 3 October 1692 Isak van Madagascar was sold by Arije Gerts Prinsloo to Marthinus Poussioen, for f 320, Cape valuation.²
