18 June 1692, the name of Wessel was written in the record as Wessel Jansz Coesen.³

Slave Transactions

On 18 June 1692 Claas van Malabar was sold by Wessel Jansz Koese to Jan Holtsmit, for Rds. 80, Rds. 50 to be paid immediately and the balance in 1693.³
