  • Lysbeth Fion van de Caep+ b. b 26 Dec 1698; putative relationship. Dirk Vion has been widely accepted as the father of Lijsbeth Vion. The baptism of an unnamed child fathered by one Dirk van Amersvoort [sic] with Lijsbet van Malgasij is significant.6
(Witness) WillDirk Vion was named as the deceased husband in the will of Anna Margarita Siekermans on 30 January 1748 de Caep de Goede Hoop.4 See: Will of Anna Siekermans
Names in the record, in publications, etc.28 September 1704, the name of Dirk was written in the record as Dirk Fion.2
Monsterrollen and Opgaafrollen (Muster and tax rolls)On 23 January 1702 Dirk Vion was enumerated in the muster roll Stellenbosch District.5
