He married Cornelia du Press, daughter of Hercules des Prez and Elisabeth Theron, on 9 November 1749 Nederduitsch Gereformeerde Kerk, Drakenstein, de Caep de Goede Hoop. The marriage was performed by Ds. Salomon van Echten.²

Death*

He died in 1759 de Caep de Goede Hoop.³
