Willem Janse van Rensburgh was baptized on 21 November 1717 Nederduitsch Gereformeerde Kerk, Drakenstein, de Caep de Goede Hoop. The baptism was witnessed by Katrijna Cloete.¹

Marriage*

He married Anna Sophia Burgers, daughter of Willem Burger and Elsie van der Merwe, on 2 July 1740 Drakenstein. The marriage was performed by Ds. Salomon van Echten.²

Willem Janse van Rensburgh benefitted from the estate of Aletta van der Merwe on 15 November 1729 de Caep de Goede Hoop as specified in the inventory.³
