Marriage*Eva van de Kaap married Jan Hendrik Schreuder van der Borg on 4 July 1728 Nederduitsch Gereformeerde Kerk, Drakenstein, de Caep de Goede Hoop.1
Duplicate?*As a baptised slave Eva NN would have been eligible for manumission at age 22. Thus far she is the only slave I have identified who would have been the right age to be the same person as Eva van de Kaap
Manumitted*She was manumitted before 4 July 1728 de Caep de Goede Hoop, the date could be 28 May 1728, see Changing Hands citation.2,3
Slave BirthsEva van de Kaap was born in bondage, circa 1705, de Caep de Goede Hoop.4
